Just finished reading the sequel to Dr Thomas Stanley’s book “The Millionaire Next Door” entitled the “Millionaire’s Mind”.
Fascinating book and chock full of hard core research. The text is a bit wafty, regurgitating the data presented in the tables, but some interested anecdotes none the less.
Best part for me was reading about the Decamillionaire’s, and how they think and do different things from just your average smo.
My thought was that in today’s escalating land values, anyone with a decent prop in one of the major cities must be approaching or exceed the 1 Mill mark, and therefore it is the ‘Deca and beyond’ guys who are really doing good things.
Any Deca’s on the forum care to comment ??
