    Hi,
    I am thinking of buying a land and building a house on it. The internet has a lot of information on buying houses but not too much about buying a land and what to look out for .

    Can you guys give me some tips/advice ? I am also looking to buy a big piece of land and subdivide it to build a house on one and hold on to the other for a later time.
