has anyone ever bargained with developers on the price (etc valleyway homes, sonic homes)
im looking at building a house for around 136000 but it has no garage, no connection of the services etc) so it will end up extra by the end!
are there any really good developers that add the extras in?

It sound like you are talking about buying from a “project home builder” – is that correct?
Yes…. you can bargin with them as it is a competitive industry, but in general a builder makes 10 – 15% profit margin.
They are not going to build at a loss, so there are not tens of thousands to play with
