    Howdy everyone!

    Im looking at buying land in victoria at the cost of $72000!

    what are the other costs that i should be prepared for when buying?
    I think it already has all the services (water, etc) but ill have to look into that [biggrin]
    any help would be awesome! thanks

    Stamp duty, conveyancing, titles office fees, developers legal fees, loan fees, lenders solicitors fees, valuation fees, Lenders Mor5tgage insurance, ….. also I don’t think you can claim vacant land expenses against your taxable income.
