Hi all,
I’m just interested in finding out if anyone on here actually has used the property sourcing of Aviate Group(former Stellar- http://www.stellarproperty.com.au/info/index.asp). From the outside it looks as though they offer a great property sourcing service, and what they do makes a lot of sense. I’m keen to find out how “good/bad” the system is from someone who’s actually done it, not speculation.

Stellar/Aviate are (if my memory serves me correctly) aligned/affiliated (? – not sure of the exact relationship) with Jamie McIntyre’s 21st Century Academy.

I have purchased a property with the Aviate Group. As a matter of fact, it is going through settlement at the moment. Since I put in an expression of interest for this property in November 2004, I have since become a Franchisee with Aviate Group as I liked the concept that much.
