Has anyone used Hans Jacobi’s information for property investment?
Are the course materials worth the hundreds of dollars being asked or can one learn the same principles on a website such as this?

In my opinion you learn more from this webside. There are some good books by Hans, but the cource is too much overpriced and is just the success story of investors who invested in CF+ pre-boom.
I am trying to get a refund. Total waste of money.

I haven’t seen his stuff, but really what secrets could he have in his material that is not out here/there?
I’m not saying it is bad or not worth it, it may be worth it just for having all the info in the one place that would be easy to read – unlike on a computer screen.
