Hi All,
Am looking at buying a couple acres of land, and breaking it up into lots and on selling them. I know to do this you have to provide services such as power, water, sewridge and roads. Does anyone know (outside of council costs) how much this is likely to cost per lot? I know it will depend on alot, but just a ballpark figure would be great.
