hello all,
i am a new member to propertyinvesting & to the country ,i moved here in nov 2004 from england & am applying for residency through my aussie girlfriend.
as such i am not aloud to work until feb the 8th 2005, so have no track record detailing my work status. i am a marine engineer, & would like to get finance to start property investing asap, is there anybody i need to approach or is there a plan i should follow, our a governing body who can put me in the right direction.
