All Topics / Finance / Which Bank?
Hi All,
I know this question must have been asked before.
But which bank would you recommend is the best for quick turn around
for approvals, etc ?
Or is it depends on the person you deal with?
A big bank that I deal with right now is very slow to move and takes
a long time to get things done. Not to mention the slopiness in operations.
Documents are being missplaced, lost, you name it.
If the person goes on holidays or is sick the process stalls.
Obviously from my viewpoint it’s not good as I miss out on opportunities.
Can you recommend a bank and/or a person in Melbourne?
Much appreciated,

hi there Boris
i deal with most of them as a broker, i think they all have good and bad days – it just depends what day in the cycle you get!!
good luck with it all.

BrisbaneI agree, they all move up and down, someweeks fast, others slow. But I have found the smaller lenders are generally quicker.

Hi Boris,
It sounds like you may be experiencing delays at a local branch level, have you considered using a mortgage broker to source and follow up on your finance requirements?
The majority of mortgage brokers bypasses the local branch and corresponds direct with the loan assessor’s, cheers.Regards
