Hi have got around 70k and am green at this property investing im a carpenter so i was thinking of geting involved in a reno currently living and working in Sydney paying my own home off but out of equity there , i thought of sourcing Queensland anybody got helpful wisdom on how to get started with current circumstances[cap]
Just do it the hardest part about investing is your first deal. As for were any were you feel comfortable . Just do some home work .
