Well – hasn’t all this chit chat about IFHL got everyone in a tiz.
If it comes off, won’t this be absolutely supa dupa for all us little ducks out there.
I’m gonna have a wild stab and guess that the big four banks, plus the rest, worth a total of say ~ 1 trillion dollars (roughly, plus or minus a few hundred billion or so)…most likely won’t just sit around and let a bunch of wizz kids totally destroy their entire cosy industry.
Money like that buys some big hitters and a whole bunch of red tape.
Is this charade the ‘bomb’ that’ll destroy the ‘four pillars’…I don’t think so. My man Johnny just won’t let it happen.
I’m going to concentrate on paying interest, and still make money out of it. I’m far too old to wait for the banks to give in and let their trillion dollar companies idly stand by and be destroyed.
IMHO of course…
