I have noticed over the past week or so, there has been a bit of tension around the place.
Remember this is a forum and people are entitled to their say and differences in opinion do happen.
This forum is about people with similar goals in life sharing knowledge and information and helping each other.
So can we stick to the program.

Rob, you make it too easy.. Hee hee… Nahh only kidding mate. I find your views interesting to read. I don’t always agree with them, but that;s what makes everyone beautiful. We are allowed to be different.

You sound like my hubby, he only needs around 4 hours.
I haven’t got my kids at the moment so I’m making the most of it as I can sleep in, in the mornings. The kids are back on friday so it’s back to the 6 am starts and I’m really not a morning person

The guy whos will be the head of agents rang me today. So things are happening.
My C.V. is pretty impressive. I have been in finance for 20 years and have held many Management & Senior Management Roles over that time and I’ve worked for some of the biggest lenders in the country and won many sales and service awards.

He said they will contact me in the next couple of days as they are flat stick. He also said about flying to Sydney for accreditation.

How’s the property market in Geraldton.
I’d rather the heat than the cold anyday. was in Melbourne over Christmas and I’ve never been so cold in my life, and I used to live there.

Christmas day was 43 degrees too!
Property market going up steadily. Actually, come to think of it, I think it is actually levelling out a little.
Yeah, I love the heat over cold any day too, but having a house that is cooler would be lovely too. We have no air con and the only insulation we have is over the loungeroom. Doesn’t do stuff all!!
Oh well. The water spray bottle and the fan will have to do!

It hailed in Melbourne between christmas & new years and even snowed on Mt Buller. Couldn’t wait to get back to the heat.
How can you survive with no air con. I know I couldn’t.

ah, you just do. ROB! We work bloody hard during our holidays too! I am going back this week even though I don’t need to go back until tuesday next week! Plus, to get all those holidays free, you have to work bloomin long hours during term otherwise you HAVE to do it on the holidays. No choice!
Kwilko, it has been very windy though. Wicked easterlies coming off the desert frying my poor defenceless plants… Poor things. How the hell am I suppose to get a garden going if the heat keeps killing it!! Water doens’t seem to work either!
ho hum.. maybve I will have to be satisfied I have a brown thumb, not a green thumb…

I think I’ve got a brown thumb also.
Anyway off to bed. I have to adjust back to normal hours before my kids come back on friday.Then they’re back to school on monday.
