    I am considering the settlement cost for a commercial warehouse in Gippsland area? My questions is should I use a conveyancer or settlement agent? Can somebody explain the difference to me or do I need to get a property lawyer? this is all new to me so any help is much appreciated.

    Does anybody recommend any settlement agent for commercial properties in the East Gippsland area?
