I have recently arrived in Australia from the Uk and am trying to source information on current state of the Brisbane (and surrounding areas) property market. I am looking to invest in both rental property and also propert suitable for refurbishment / redevelopment. As such i am trying to source information as to what areas/suburbs would be best to look at and any information regarding the state of the property market in gerneral… Any information from individuals with regards to the above and also any websites ect that could be recomended would be greatly appreciated..
