    Not purchased, but lived around the area for the last 15 years.

    Hi there.. I bought a unit there in 1990, sold it after 8 years and made a big loss. I understand (1) I paid too much at the time (2) It has done better since I got out of the area. I was in Qld recently and a rep from Ray White said “I could take you to Beenleigh now and sell you property but it would be a waste of your money.”
