    Wondering if anyone has had experience with revolving lines of credit on interest only terms? Wanting to pay home loan quicker and free up more equity for investing purposes. Need advice please.

    Take an interest only investment loan with a 100% full offset account instead. Look in the finance section of this forum as there is a lot of information about this already.

    Hi Ajmish
    Have you considered a split loan coupled with an offset? This structure can often be more beneficial than a LOC
    Contact a mortgage broker and have him or her explain the various options based on your current situation and future goals,cheers.
