However do we buy all the books, got to all the seminars & get lost in a minefield OR take step 1
By the way we need to know what step 1 is
Can you help us out

Hi jonbren,
Firstly, I am by far no expert for advice but I would like to add for a start. The fact you and your wife are both committed to the ‘same goal’ means that you are both opening up lots of opportunities. If you work as a team you will double up on everything and can half the work load at the same time. The only minefield you can get caught up in is doing nothing for fear of the mines? Make a plan with your wife and go! At least you have each other to keep each other accountable to follow through. The only bad decision in life is never making one.
Good luck!
Kind regards,
Gatsby!1.Find someone who has done what you want to do. (not an armchair expert)
2.collate information to assist in your decision making/risk management.
3.Set a year, date and time for when you will sign your first contract.
If this works well repeat the process. If not, review, refine, and go again.Similiar to Jenwren’s theme, set goals. Work out what you want to achieve as the end goal and then determine what you need to do to achieve it. This should also help you decide what to read attend etc. PS Warning(and apologies to the genuine seminar people out there) a lot of the seminars out there are trying to sell you over priced property in areas you don’t know. Don’t buy anything without researching it VERY THOROUGHLY yourself first!
Thanks guys for your input, however of the resource books which one is specific for our starting point, should we buy them all or purchase the $1M in one year, fast track 2 combo or one of the other resources in the online shop
regards
jonbrenHi jonbren
We’ve only read Steve’s “From 0 to 130 Properties in 3.5 years” and “$1M in Property in One Year”. Out of the two of them we found the first one more informative – both great books but we found the first gives you an excellent understanding of things.
With regards to the other resources, not sure as couldn’t get into the online shop to see what’s in there.
But there are fantastic books out there!
Try these too Jan Somers. Robert Kiyosaki, John Fitzgerald, or just go to the bookshop and see what you like for us we take a bit of this and a bit of that and come up with our own unique approach.
Jenny and Roy
Thanks
That should kick us off nicely
