    I’m sure that a topic has been posted like this in the past, but I couldn’t find anything helpful using a search, so I ask now.

    I’m intereted to know what ‘Escape Clauses’ everyone uses in their sales contracts? I’m aware of ones such as ‘subject to approved finance’ and ‘pest reports’ but are their any others that can be helpful?

    Also can anyone point me in the direction of a website where i can download a standard copy of a sales contract?

    Sales contracts vary state to state. I think you should be able to pick one up fairly easy. Try asking an agent for a copy of one, or try the real estate institute in your state.
