Settlement Agent in WA

Can anyone recommend a good Settlement Agent in WA who can handle a Geraldton settlement please?
How do they get paid over there? Is it at settlement, at commencement or ongoing charges?
I didn’t use a Settlement Agent last time but learnt my lesson.

Yeah for sure!
I have found VIP Settlements to be awesome to deal with! The girls there are alwys cheerful and nothing is too much trouble. Georgina is the owner (proprietor) and you can reach them on 08 93211010 (fx:08 93211019).

Thanks Calvin. I will ring them later today. I tried this morning but forgot they are a bit slow in WA – about 3 hours slow!

Hey Calvin,
I just got through to Gabriella (not Georgina ) and she said she remembered you.
Anyway, she gave me what I think is a fantastic price to settle on two properties. She quoted me as one settlement and then discounted it because it was a referral.

Had a girlfriend once (long b4 I got married) with the same name so wasn’t sure if I was reminiscing (spell-check error!) or what, so I took a guess. I’ll definitly have to send her some chockies now!Hahaha.

I have a couple of properties near kalgoorlie WA and I’ve dealt every time with Goldfields Settlements which is a division of Decaz pty. ltd.
They have caused me absolutly no trouble and do a quick settlement without any issues. ie, 4 weeks from offer accepted to closure of settlement. (which is fast for around here)
Anyway I’m not sure if they deal with your area or if they have another division servicing that area but it will give you a comparison to work with.

Thanks Ben. Unfortunately I exchanged on this deal already and forwarded all documentation to VIP. They seem like a great bunch as I am sure Goldfields are as well.
