    Hi, i live in Queenstown NZ and just got a copy of Steve’s second book for xmas from my sis in Cairns, which got me wondering why haven’t i seen his books for sale down here in Qt or Invercargill.
    Steve, loved your first book, which i got while on holiday on gold coast last yr and am quickly getting through your new one.
