Hi everyone!
I am looking for my first positive cash flow property and I have spent hours combing through states, cities etc. I have come close but not close enough! Does anyone have any tips on where I should be specifically searching?

In regional areas or small towns. Stay away from the cities as you will most likely not find anything suitable.

paul i asked the same question earlier today!! i have an investment property that is neg.geared, and now i want to try and purchase a pos.geared property. he suggested i look at W.A kalgoorlie.
