Does anyone know about Olly Newland? I just bought his book ‘When the Crash Comes’. He has some very interesting points of view (I’ve just leafed through it at this point – going to read it in detail during the New Years holidays). I read something about him buying a unit in Bondi (Sydney) for $60k in the 70’s and the market fell off a cliff. True enough, but imagine if he’d held until 2000!!!!

I read the bubble b00k and thought it was a good read. He’s an entertaining writer.
