    Hi Steve

Just a little note , I purchased a property in Baulkham Hills 5/12/03 ( a town house of 6) from Re-max Property Wealth with a 12 month rent guarantee ,I did not read the fine print well enough and now find that that guarantee has a one month lee way in finding a new tenant i.e. if the agent does not find a tenant for 6 weeks then the guarantee is only for 2 weekend not for the 6. They have not wanted to talk to me very often and have promised to do things and have not .I am not very happy with them and so would not recommend any one to use their services

As it turns out this property has not appreciated at all this last year which has put a small hold on using this equity for further purchases

the last time I did speak with them they were supposed to be doing a deal that would be able to fund this payment and to keep them solvent[angry2]

Thanks and have a very happy xmas

hmmm interesting how not reading terms of the contract can make someone mad with oneself and yet lay blame on others.

If you had a half solicitor then they should have disclosed all that had not been in the interest of the Vendor to do so.

Business is business. Sometimes from time to time, as hard as it is …. we all have to take responsibility for our errors, dust off and get back in the saddle for another nail biting ride to the next challenging hurdle life has to throw at us all.

Good luck with sorting it all out
    Cheers

Forget the rental guarantee and find another agent. Lower your rent to get some income out of the properties. Also, your properties are not the only ones not growing around Australia. You can’t blame anyone for this.
