We are a small and new development company based in Qld. We are in the process of putting together a 100 + lot subdivision, consisting of 800m2 residential lots, on the coral coast(on a costal strip) here in Qld. It is a 4 stage project over a 3 year period. The project will be for us the largest we have put together to date and as a result of this we are a little hesitant concerning the current property climate and consumer interest.

What advice would seasoned developers have for us concerning the current Qld property market

    Your response would be appreciated

It is difficult to make any decisions without knowing the location. Number will guide the decision. Just base your figures on today’s prices and allow a buffer to provide you with a more conservative result. If this looks good, go for it.

Thank you Robert for your input. The project is 15km north east of Bundaberg and about 300mtrs walk to the water and great beaches its a beatiful spot. The beach side community is called Moore Park and we believe it has a lot of potential.

We are just looking to cover all of our bases and looking for how we can add value to the proposed project.

Thank you for your encouragement and have a great Christmas
