I hope it is ok for me to do this, if not please let me know and I or Steve will remove. Since I’ve just finished reading both of Steves books which I think are just fantastic and easy to understand.I then know there are lots of investors searching for new property deals. This might be the one you are searching for who knows?
Some background info first. Since reading Steves 2 books I have decided to take imediate action, to work towards complete financial freedom and become a fulltime invester no if’s or but’s. For me it is a MUST NOT a maybe! [biggrin]
First I have decided to sell my property to unlock funds to obtain positive cash flow properties. Also to fund the next Master Class in Melbourne and further resources from Steve, to gain more knowledge.
How hard can it be? If Steve and Dave and all the Mappers can do it so can I…….. [biggrin]
I have moved from Sydney to Melbourne approx 6 months ago for work and currently living and renting in Mornington Vic.
