    Hi all
    It has been a while since I have been here. Thought I would ask if anyone has had experience in investing in retirement units?
    Some general information would be handy as I have found a couple that seem to show good returns but don’t really know what to look out for????

    Hi jdnat,

    You’ll need to watch for fees, management issues and rights, LVR issues and refinace issues and that is before you start analysing the property for growth and cashflow issues.
