    Hi,

I currently have put a deposit on some land that is zoned 2d, and I’m looking for some guidance on how best to go about developing the property. I have a number of friends who are wiling to participate in the cost of development but I need some guidance on a number of fronts.

Some background first, the lot is in Western Sydney. Between my friends and we have borrowing ability, equity but no cash.

How to arrange financing across 4 separate individuals?
Where I can find reliable builders?
    Pitfalls to look out for?

If each person has equity, they could draw down individually on that equity and you could form some sort of JV to do the project.
