In Adelaide, where I live, I have been in contact with a local buyer’s agent who sources and purchases on behalf of his clients property from all around Australia. This of course is for a fee of 3% of the purchase price. Does anyone have any experience using such an agent? If so, is it worthwhile for someone like myself with a good understanding of the local market but very little knowledge about interstate opportunities?
