    We need some investor finance for a few months.

    We are due to settle on a property in Bright, Victoria, purchase price $295,000
    Deposit, $29,500
    12-month settlement
    Current value $360,000
    Settlement date 14 January 2004.

    Can anyone help please?

    Hi

    If it is a 12 month settlement you may be able to get your loan based on current value rather than purchase price, assuming you can demonstrate serviceability.This is with major banks.

    I am confused why you would need investor finance?
