I have been busy lately with a new baby that arrived 2 weeks ago. So I am just popping up to let you know that I’ve decided to make EZ-Rent 2.5 a public beta – otherwise I will never get around to releasing it

The main feature now is that it supports more than 2 investors. In fact there is no physical limit now. Tax rates have been made historically accurate to FY00/01 and you can simulate bracket creep going forward..
Its not time limited or restricted, however it is not neccessarily stable or accurate. The usual disclaimers apply, but try it out and let me know if you like the new features and what (inveitable) bugs that you find..
