[baaa]Hey team[baaa]
I am busy buying a block of units in Townsville that I want to strata title and sell later on. I have never done this and I am not sure how to go about doing it. This is what I have done so far. Building and Pest has been organised, I have booked a property valuer. I have started talking to a town planner up there and will most likely meet with him on Friday. Do I have to pay CGT if I sell them within 12 months?
