I know this may possibly be a constantly repeated topic but i’m at the stage where I am looking to secure a loan for vendor finance. Obviously I would like it to be full disclosure but so far my efforts have been met with negative responses from the brokers I’ve spoken to.

So the question is: what is the best avenue to secure a vendor finance loan on full disclosure…

Or actually a better question may be: Which brokers out there on the forum are able to offer full disclosure finance loans?

Also which lenders would willingly lend to a vendor finance loan? Or is a network and negotiation type thing?

Please PM me or email me if possible…any help would be much appreciated.

As far as I know, there is only one company offering full disclosure loans. Don’t recall the name, but a guy called Peter Sollner is involved, and it is up near Newcastle somewhere.

It’s worth looking on the “getting Creative” forum, there are a number of threads to do with this.
