    Hey Guys,

    I have come across quite a few properties that are missing out on the 11 second solution by only a couple of thousand dollars or so. Do you think these should still be considered?

    I read Steve’s second book and fond it interesting at the relative short time frame people held onto the properties for??

    Hi,

    11 second rule is just for rough and easy calculation of rent return. You have to consider other things also when looking for properties.

    Be creative and you can turn these not so 11 second properties into 15% returns…
