    Hope everyone is okay, I am thinking about purchasing some land in Point Cook (Melbourne) and was wondering of people opinion on these. I know they are not CF+ but just purely for enjoyment purposes etc

    If you get it – it’ll be more than enjoyment that you’ll receive.

    Its an excellent area which is having excellent capital growth. The area is nice and peaceful with great lakes – especially stage 3 development
