I hope somebody can help me. I need to get a depreciation schedule for IP, and wonder if anybody knows of one that services Yarra Valley area. I have heard there is one in Lilydale, but no listings!

I have seen them $450 upwards and some firms will guarantee that they will find more to claim in your report than the fee.

Our usual price is $715 GST inc. For Forum Members, it’s $660.
Yep, there are cheaper ones. I see them all time. Many of them don’t comply with the latest ATO rules.
We have that guarantee Derek mentioned, too.

I had a depreciation schedule done by depreciator a month ago & found everyone extremely helpful.
The most important thing for me was that the process was hassle quick & free.
