What returns ? Which Guru delivers?

I have been researching to determine which guru organization is best equipped to provide a good mentoring and support system .
Can anyone offer any feedback on results from involvement with any of these or others good and bad ?
I am considering Freeman fox as a more overall wealth strategy being property ,shares ,managed funds , options and covered call strategies.
ESC focus on positive property .
Property Investing focus on pos propety but have no support/mentor system.
Came across a company called Wealth Within, focus is on shares with what looks like a good support system .
Property Millionaire focus on property with group support systems.
Can anyone offer any experiences ,opinions on any of these companies.
