    Hi All,

I’m working on buying my first PI. After considering the options, I’ve decided to take the positive CF approach. Given this, I’m considering Lismore as an attractive option. Would anyone have any advice or experience that may help me? I am a bit worried that I have missed the boat in Lismore and that there will be less capital growth in the future to complement the rental yield.

    Your comments would be appreciated.
    Thanks,

    Sam

P.S. I know the latter isn’t really grounds for investment Sam, just couldn’t resist throwing that in for anyone who is from there!!! [biggrin]

I’m not in that market, however from what I hear its got several key land sub-divisions going on at the moment. Check for any infrastructure thats going through and research your prices.
