Hi all,
Just wanted to hear from people about the 1 deal that has been the most profitable for them, long or short term, PPOR or investment, house or commercial, build or renovate, something creative?
What has made you the most money?
I will start. Purchased PPOR in 2001 for $230K, sold a bit over 2 years later for $390. Didn’t do any work to the house at all, so was position and luck that got the increase. Have been reading as much as possible over the last year and joined a REA to increase my knowledge.
