Hello, I thought i’d ask the audience for some assistance. I’m after a web site that will give me the “sold prices” for any house in W.A. plus the “median price” for the street and suburb etc. If anyone can point me in the right direction it would be much appreciated.

    Hi Jes,

    Welcome to the forum!!!

For the WA suburb snapshots, you can try http://www.reports.rpdata.com.au or alternatively go to http://www.domain.com.au and search under (appropriately named) “suburb snapshot”. Domain will also provide you with a section called “Auction Results” which will tell you the prices of properties sold at/or prior to Auction. As for “all” homes sold, try the “properties sold” section of http://www.realestate.com.au.

    Good luck,

    Jo

You can also purchase reports from the Valuer General’s office ie: $44 for the last 100 sales in an area.

Their reports tell you the numbersof bedroom, bathrooms. kitchens. lounges etc so you can compare what a house had against the price.

    Regards
    Judy
