    Hi everyone,

    It seems to me that a great property investor requires SKILL, KNOWLEDGE and a SIXTH SENSE to identify property opportunities.

    Could you elaborate on the specific skills and knowledge you feel are instrumental in being an effective investor — and how you have used your sixth sense to suss out opportunities.[biggrin]
