    Hi,

Perhaps send a PM to one of the buyers agents / spotters that frequent this forum.

The main ones that come to mind are Westan, Minimogul, TasmanInvestor.

    Hi hsmedia

i would be happy to talk with you about it, but to be honest i wont give you top dollar, you are better to deal with a real estate agent who will probably get a higher price even after you pay their commission. Sadly many people who sell privatley don’t get a good deal. for example We bought one privately recently in Invercargill for 89k for a client. I know it could be put back on the market for 110k and it would be snapped up.
My role as a buyers agent is to get the home at the best price i can for my buyers.
After saying all that email me if i can help you.

    regards westan

    hsmedia,
Why do you want to sell the properties ?
Is there a problem with them ?
