All Topics / Help Needed! / Website – stats
Hi all, once able to access stats from property.com.
No longer can, does anyone know where (website) I can now access stats ie rent, population, profile area etc. thanks, Cheers.Hi Marisa,
It would appear as if the age of free information on the web is passing.
Try this http://reareports.realestate.com.au/ – the first report is about a postcode – no price details given though.
Another
http://www.domain.com.au/UserServices/suburb_report.aspx?mode=subsell
A little superficial – but they may be of use.

Because it was purchased by the owners of realestate.com.au who also own RPdata and took over ABR as well.
property.com.au has recently been acquired by realestate.com.au.

Hi Marisa,
I know this doesn’t impact on you, but for others out there:
FYI http://www.rpdata.com.au no longer provides a free suburb report for any Victorian postcode [glum2]
Jo
Just to clear this up once and for all.
RP Data sold its property listing portal property.com.au to realestate.com.au.
RP Data took over the ABR Data clients only.
RP Data is not owned by realestate.com.au
RP Data still provides property information FREE in some case to the public.
Please visit http://www.rpdatareports.com.au for a FREE Suburb Profile.
RP Data Property Reports provide you with the ability to access detailed property information for your own personal use.
Victorian Property information available in the coming weeks
Hey there rpdatareports.com.au
That’s great news (especially for us Victorians who were starting to feel left out)!!!
Many thanks, [thumbsupanim]
Jo
Hey RP
What about the rest of Aus (ie Canberra and other ‘smaller’ places)? How come you had the data, and suddenly it all vanished?
Cheers
Mel
