    Well done, Steve, in presenting your latest edition of the “Insider” and giving a balanced view of the NZ property scene. It makes a welcome change from much of the super-hyped crap from many other property promotors.

    A balanced view enables investors to decide whether or not to look further into any investment – to accept the risks for the potential gain or not. More importantly it can help stop inexperienced investors making big mistakes.

    I favour your site because of this commonsense approach, so thanks for doing the right thing by investors.

    Have to agree, it was a good read this month…..

    Sounds like NZ is doing you well….

    I guess one of the overall themes you have touched on, is about getting people to be creative, think outside the box…. not just look at Australia only for opportunities…. and not just NZ either……
