    I’m interested in purchasing a storage unit for around $130k. How would I go about getting finance for this and could I use equity in an existing investment property to prevent having to pay a deposit.

    Thanks for that. One other thought or should I say question – would a storage unit be eligible for taxation benefits such as depreciation?
