Any Property Investing Group in Perth?

Hi to all,
Its been awhile that i have been visiting this forum. I use to keep in touch with property investing group in Perth until i lost touch due to changes in my circumstances of my job. Is there any group based in Perth that i can join as i’m now working full time again. Please help.

I live in Port Hedland up north and I have been chasing for a WA forum as well.
There is the Vendor WRAPS Association ( Australia wide ) also there is a business that trades under Rick Otton’s name We Buy Houses in Perth they are

They have several groups and meetings all over the country. They specialize mainly in negative gearing though.
