We are looking to purchase our first home.
100k pa income
50k debt
Looking at an interst only loan for around 400k with 20k deposit.Is this likely to happen?

As long as there are niu surprises you will have no trouble getting into a professional package.
LMI will be expensive but may be capitalised with the loan if required.
