    Hi all,

    I find myself jumping around alot with ideas on where & how I want to get started with my 1st IP purchase.

    A work college is doing well in Townsville (Qld), so he tells me. Can anyone give me some feedback about Townsville.

    Any comments would be greatly appreciated.

    No, but i know of some nice little units in Tassie that are ripe for the picking. 16 to be sold, 5 sold already in 2 days.
