    Afternoon all

I have very recently joined up and have found all your posts and responses informative and very interesting to read. I have recently began the process of wrapping, and I will admit, I get a kick out of realizing that I am on the path to providing people with an opportunity that could change their life for the better.

However, I am in need of some help. I am trying to track down a mortgage broker that has had success with working with lenders to obtain finance for the purpose of wrapping. Does anybody know of places I can check out, or people I can call and meet with, so I can take another step closer to achieving my goals?

Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

    Cheers

    Hi Matt

I am a mortgage broker, but have had no luck finding a lender willing to finance wraps.

Mortgage House in Liverpool claim to do it with full disclosure. There is also a company near newcastle somewhere caliming to do it (associated with Peter Solner).

    Good luck.
