concrete stumped houses and houses on a slab
i saw a house BV on flat land but had crappy stumps and was wondering why will they need stumps on a solid BV home? Also there is sinking soil and the stumps in the kitchen is pushing up against the kitchen floor
i thought geez what a dumbass idea to put stumps on flat land where there is sinking soil cos even blind freddy could have seen this comingSounds like a great place!
I would think it goes back to the council/shire responsible for approving the building in the first place. Obviously not much thought was put in at the planning stage.

By the way, how old is the house and have you checked if it is legally built? i.e. permits“Be careful not to step on the flowers when you’re reaching for the stars”
