– what do you look for in comm RE
– type of comm RE with reasonable risk/benefit
– how do you research – location, business
– do you look at opprtunities then research or look at areas first then find deals
– tennants – RE agents you go for
– expected returns youre happy with
– how do you draw up leases – lawyers, leave to RE agents
– GST issues
Most of us will know bits and pieces, but a practical run through a scenario that you have actually done with vacant or tennanted comm RE will be great
